We collect two types of information:

• Waitlist Signups: We collect your business email address when you voluntarily sign up for our waitlist. This information is stored securely in our Supabase database.
• Local Device Processing (On-Device OCR): Our mobile application scans purchase receipts and invoices locally on your device. Receipt metadata, purchase dates, and pricing details extracted by Google ML Kit are processed on-device and are not uploaded to our cloud servers without your explicit permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected email addresses solely to:

• Send you updates about product development and launch.
• Provide invitations to our private beta test.
• Respond to M&A inquiries and licensing questions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. CCPA/CPRA Privacy Rights (California Residents)

If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

• Right to Know: You can request a disclosure of what personal data we collect.
• Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your email address from our waitlist.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal data; therefore, opt-out is enabled by default.

4. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

Our services are directed to adults, property managers, and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

5. Data Security

We protect our data with industry-standard TLS encryption, Content Security Policies (CSP), and database Row Level Security (RLS). However, no online data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
