1. Intellectual Property & Codebase Ownership

The code, mockups, design assets, and brand "WarrantyWallet AI" are the exclusive intellectual property of the author. This site is currently listed for strategic technology acquisition and asset buyout. Unauthorized replication, distribution, or decompilation of the codebase is strictly prohibited.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, waitlist service, and beta applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our local OCR machine learning engine will extract receipt details with 100% accuracy, as extraction depends on receipt printing quality, lighting conditions, and device cameras.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WarrantyWallet AI, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our app or waitlist, including but not limited to the loss of appliance receipt metadata or product warranty dates.

4. US Jurisdiction and Consumer Protection

Our claim generation module ("Guardian AI") drafts letters based on standard federal laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. These templates are generated for reference purposes only and do not constitute formal legal advice. Users are encouraged to verify warranty claims with official manufacturers or legal representatives.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
